Director of Human Resources and Recruiting
Diane has spent her career dedicated to organizational development, including business strategy and management, workforce planning, recruiting, talent development, and risk management. In her role at WGCA, Diane enjoys combining her professional experience with her passion for people.
Prior to joining WGCA, Diane spent 12 years owning and managing a staffing company focused on full, life cycle recruiting. She has also held senior positions in operations and HR for two leading global providers of software and solutions, as well as at a boutique strategy and consulting firm.
Diane has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from George Mason University.
