Office Manager
Reagan brings over 20 years of experience in client service, business operations, and human resources to her role, including 17 years in the financial industry. As Office Manager, she is responsible for managing and administering the firm’s human resource policies, overseeing internal administrative functions, and supporting the firm’s accounting operations.
Prior to joining WGCA, Reagan served as the Director of Operations for an RIA firm in Tysons Corner for six years, and previously at an Ameriprise Financial practice for eleven years. During that time, she developed expertise in managing complex operations, ensuring compliance, overseeing human resources functions, and administering business finances.
In her spare time, Reagan enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, hiking, and playing badminton with her family.
